Welcome to Gordon Adair Equine Center LLC facility tour This beautiful tree covered 20 acre equine center is located north of Ocala in Citra Florida. A 12ft double fenced bridle trail follows the perimeter of the property, allowing students to ride along a rolling trail lined with grand oak trees. There are various trail training obstacles, located under a canopy of trees, for learning communication and building a bond between you and your horse in a fun and controlled atmosphere. Horses can graze on 2 1/2 acre grass pastures in the way they are designed, with free access to covered shelters. Cows are available for desensitizing the shy horse or for learning riding skills while learning to herd cattle. This quaint cozy guest house, located on a 20 acre horse farm, is available for rent by the room or house. No smoking or pets 1200 sq ft. furnished house, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 shower/bath, living room, porch, fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, washer/drier, central air, newly remodeled, heart-pine floors, new furniture, satellite T.V., and internet. Group Rate For The House $95/night 4 person max. Discount $640/week, $1600/month. By The Room House Shared Rate $60/night with 2 people in room.
